Manforce Group believe that education is essential for human life and the development of every nation, it is the basic building block of every society, the single best investment countries can make to build prosperous, healthy and equitable societies. Since then, we have always been an advocate of education. From sharing our expertise in Foreign Worker Management through our seminars for professionals in multinational companies to supporting the education of young students in primary schools.
To our surprise, our hearts melt when we receive this little token of appreciation from the lovely students of SJK(C) Hwa Min, Temoh, whom we have been supporting in their education for over 2 years.
The reason for our continuous support is we believes everyone has the right to education. As we spoke to the school, we realize when a family is not financially secure, prioritising a child’s education takes a backseat. Today however, according to the United Nation, 57 million children remain out of school. Poverty, availability and accessibility are the three big reasons why children drop out of school. Manforce believe education is not only a right, but a passport to human development that opens doors and expands opportunities and freedoms.
It is true when they say a little bit of kindness can go a long way. This experience had greatly motivated us to be better and continuously grow our company, so that we have more to give back to the society.

Manforce Group revisited Pusat Jagaan Sri Mesra Home in 2019! At our revisit, we brought along our big-hearted employees to meet these beautiful golden-agers in Mesra Home.
During our visit, we made a quick inspection of their home to make sure they have a comfortable living condition. We are so happy to find out that the home was very well kept ever since our last visit, where we had given them a very much needed maintenance and makeover of their worn-out facilities. This occasion has been very meaningful to Manforce employees as it gives us the opportunity to witness our effort not goes waste.
Our excellence in Hostel Management had allow Manforce to build a skilled maintenance team to keep all the hostel we manage in excellence condition. Hence, we were able to utilize our resources, expertise and manpower to help out Mesra Home to create a comfortable environment for the elderly living in Mesra Home.
We spent the rest of the day with the elderly, singing, dancing, sharing our stories, listening to their stories and getting to know each one of them at a deeper level. The elderly looking as bright and beautiful, we were so welcome with open arms as we enter each room to greet those who are not physically fit to walk. Though Mesra Home is just a home for the elderly, it made us felt home. We are delighted that our presence on that day brought much happiness to the elderly who are always looking forward for someone to visit them and spend time listening to them.

Manforce Group organized a Team Building Activity at PNB Ilham Resort, Port Dickson for the staff to kick start the new year of Manforce Group's financial year. The Team Building Activity have been a celebration, team spirit, fun, and motivation for all.
Aside from just being fun and an excuse to be together, we believe this team building event have serious business and personal impacts. Instead of being stuck behind a computer all day, they now have the chance to learn a new skill, play a sport, or explore somewhere new. With years of experience in the Manpower Management industry, Manforce Group knows people want to work for a company that is fun and that recognizes that employees are actual people who like trying new things and spending time together instead of just feeling like cogs in the corporate machine. We realize engaged workers are more productive, which increases the output and bottom line for the company. In fact, studies show that companies with engaged employees earn as much as 2.5 times more income than competitors with low employee engagement.
At Manforce Group, we believe personal development can improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. Hence, we invest time and money into team building events and activities to build bridges across departments which we believe could lead to a more open and collaborative culture.
As one of the team's cheer goes, teamwork makes the magic works. We thank our staff for their active participation in the Team Building 2019, which we deeply treasure for their time spent with us. Although we know development is a continuous process, it does not end with the attainment of maturity, the changes however small they may be, continue throughout the life span of an individual. We sincerely hope they have come away with useful and profitable ideas during these two days.

The diversity and productivity of the world’s oceans is a vital interest for humankind. We understood the importance to keep our beaches clean as the ocean trash is not only detrimental to the health of wildlife, but the people and local economies.
Thus, we brought along the passionate ocean lovers to continued the battle for a trash free sea with a beach clean-up activity that saw the successful collection of over 90kg of waste on 6th July 2019 at Pantai Morib!
Manforce Group is honoured to be part of this contribution to a vision for trash free seas. We are so grateful for our volunteers’ effort and enthusiasm. Hopefully, we have at least raised a certain level of awareness to the visitors or anyone about the importance of maintaining the beaches clean.
Our Earth is Our Responsibility. Our security, our economy, our very survival all requires healthy oceans. Together we can make a difference.
At Manforce Group, We Care, We Love and therefore We Do.

Manforce Group Staff Forum was held on 20 June 2019, Thursday at Encorp Strand Residences with our beloved staff and business partners. The aim is to share the company’s new direction after the public listing.
In this forum, we discussed the company’s path to improvements in our overall business model, which promises to be in line with our client’s current and future needs. We are so glad that our guest was able to take the chance to raise questions on related matters as this would allow us to thrive towards the common vision together. This staff forum is significant to us because a continuous growth from within and together with the market is a constant in the equation of success of any company.
Andrew Carnegie once said, "Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results."
Apart from that, Manforce Group also manage to use this perfect opportunity to show appreciation to our staff who have contributed to our company’s growth for many years. We hope everyone enjoyed their time, especially during the durian session!
United, let’s achieve the big things.

January 2019
In Manforce Group, we believe that education is essential. Our children are our future, and every child deserves to be able to learn to read and write, enjoy safe and healthy learning environments and be equipped to reach their full potential.
In our research to give back to the society, we discovered that poverty is one of the reasons that had kept many children out of school which lead to the decline of the school completion rate for primary-school-age children.
When it comes to helping those in need, there’s no better place to start than at home. Manforce Group decide to donate to support the students in need to release their financial burden. We believe that these resources can help students to purchase school supplies, grow their knowledge and stay in school so that they can build a brighter future for themselves. We know a little bit of kindness can go a long way. This experience motivates us to continuously work harder so that we can give back to the society.
18 January 2019
Time flies in a blink of an eye, a year has passed and here we are celebrating Manforce Group 2018’s Annual Dinner! However, an Annual Dinner may seem to be just a yearly repetition, but this year holds a deeper meaning to us. 2018 is indeed a notable year as we have grown through past tribulations and finally got listed in Bursa Malaysia’s LEAP Market in 2018.
The year 2018 is definitely a foison year for Manforce Group. We want to take this opportunity to express appreciation for our team efforts. We have achieved so many goals together and one of the best ways to express our gratitude is to give recognition to our outperform staff and award them for their remarkable achievements. We truly appreciate all our staff who went the extra mile to add values for our clients, investors, partners and Manforce Group Berhad.
Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people. We would not have gone this far without our dedicated team. No one can whistle a symphony, it takes a whole orchestra to play it.
