About Us

On 18 November 2023, our CSR team attended the Vertical Compost Tower (VCT) event organized by Hope worldwide Malaysia. The purpose was to assist our community in achieving a circular economy through food composting and enhancing food security. Throughout the event, we gained valuable insights into food waste composting, vegetable harvesting, sustainable agriculture, and strategies for food security. Additionally, we actively participated in distributing the produce from the Urban Farm to the beneficiaries of the food distribution program.

During the initial stages of the harvest, our task involved collecting and packing the vegetables into boxes for distribution, alongside essential food items such as sugar, cooking oil, biscuits, and others.

A total of 166 individuals received donations from Hope at the Sentul Clinic on that day. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our team for their dedication and generosity in contributing their time and effort to support others in need.

We are glad that this donation drive is successful, making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing hardships.

Manforce Group was pround to be appointed as Housekeeping provider for the recent 2023 Maybank Championship, part of the LGPA Tour that was held at the Kuala Lumpur Golf Country Club in Malaysia on 26 October 2023- 29 October 2023.

Our team of professional housekeepers were present on site throughout the event to keep the entire place clean and tidy to the comfort of all players and visitors.

On October 15, 2023, Manforce Group collaborated with our partner, Persatuan Kebajikan HOPE worldwide Malaysia, to host a blood donation campaign at Level 1 of IPC Shopping Centre in Mutiara Damansara, with sponsorship from the UM blood bank.

This blood donation campaign is a commendable effort by Manforce Group to bolster the blood supply in Malaysia. Blood is a critical resource necessary for saving lives, and it's crucial to ensure a consistent and adequate supply.

The campaign received a positive response from both Manforce Group employees and the general public, underscoring the growing awareness of the importance of blood donation and people's willingness to contribute.

People from various regions gathered to take part in a charity run event called 'Run for a Chance’, sponsored by Manforce Group, in partnership with The Lovely Disable Home. This event was held in both Johor Bahru and Kepong Metropolitan, Kuala Lumpur. One of our colleagues participated in the Kepong Metropolitan, Kuala Lumpur run on September 16, 2023 (Saturday). A total of 61 friends with the disabilities participated and joined the crowd, completed a 3km run with the assistance of volunteers and family members. The run was officially kicked off by YB Lim Yi Wei, the ADUN for Kampung Tunku, and sponsored by Manforce Group, represented by our Dato’ Wong Boon Ming.

The purpose of this charity run was to encourage the general public to support marginalized groups and help them overcome various challenges. It also aimed to inspire individuals with physical and mental disabilities to become more active in society.

During the event, the special children from Lovely Disabled Home’s Star Music Group showcased their talents by dancing to the popular song "Little Apple" and performing a percussion act titled "Saya Anak Malaysia." This event brought together people from different backgrounds and abilities to support a noble cause.

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the 6th Annual General Meeting of Manforce Group Berhad, which took place on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. The ordinary resolutions outlined in the official notice of the 6th AGM, which was filed with Bursa Malaysia, received approval from the shareholders of Manforce Group Berhad.

During the meeting, shareholders of the company attended to discuss the company's performance and strategy. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were verified by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, those who couldn’t attend the meeting in person voted by proxy.

We want to express our sincere gratitude to the individuals and shareholders who have placed their trust in us and invested in our vision. We consider them an integral part of our Manforce Group family. We are eagerly looking forward to a future where we can collectively build wealth and enhance the quality of businesses through the use of our services.

On July 16, 2023, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, along with a few colleagues, teamed up with Pertiwi Soup Kitchen to prepare and distribute food to homeless individuals. The food preparation took place at Restoran Al Mubarak and the food donations were received at Pusat Khidmat Gelendangan Medan Tuanku (PKGMT).

Homeless individuals started lining up at Pusat Khidmat Gelendangan to receive their meals. Pertiwi also provided health services and basic medical care for those who needed it. These services were offered with the help of doctors, nurses and pharmacy assistants. The aim was to provide medical support to underprivileged families who couldn't access government hospitals and clinics. This event allowed them to receive valuable information about their health and the health of their children.

The homeless individuals were grateful and friendly and we even took photographs with them. It was a reminder that even small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on the lives of others.

On June 10, 2023, the CSR team at Manforce organized a visit to the Tzu Chi Kayu Ara Recycling Center. Staff members were invited to participate in this activity to learn about sorting recyclable items, promote environmental education, raise awareness about recycling, and foster a sense of community spirit. We aimed to contribute to the United Nations' goals of creating sustainable cities and communities through recycling initiatives and environmental education.

The program started at 10:00 am and ended at 12:30 pm. Eighteen of us from Manforce Staff joined the activity, guided by Tzu Chi personnel. They briefed us about the recycling center operations. We were divided into groups, with five of us locating recyclables outdoors, while others sorted them. After the sorting, the Tzu Chi representative taught us about the planet's benefits from recycling and conducted a quiz on materials' decomposition timelines.

The Tzu Chi Recycling Centre is dedicated to collecting recycled items and championing environmental protection. Through recycling, we contribute to reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and incineration facilities. The activity served as an opportunity to instil more environmentally conscious behaviours in our workplace, as recycling fosters a greater appreciation for the importance of respecting our environment. Our visit to the recycling centre left us delighted and enlightened, as we expanded our knowledge about recyclable and non-recyclable items.

On the 12th of May 2023, we joyously celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2023 at the Conference Room of Manforce Group, surrounded by our dedicated staff. Each employee brought along their own delectable dishes to mark the festivities of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. The main menu comprised mouthwatering Nasi Minyak, Ketupat and satay, while other colleagues contributed an assortment of desserts, Laksam and others traditional Malay delicacies. This celebration served as a heartfelt gesture to express our gratitude for the unwavering support of our staff throughout the years.

Our Manforce staff, dressed in vibrant traditional attire, enjoyed a sumptuous spread of food during the Hari Raya celebration. It was a day of joy, forgiveness and strengthening bonds. The event brought us closer and allowed us to capture cherished moments in a group photo to commemorate Hari Raya 2023.

In today's world, recycling holds immense importance if we wish to secure a thriving planet for future generations. Starting this May, we established a recycling system at Manforce on Level 2. Every Friday, a member of our CSR team collects recycled items from the designated person in charge. Baskets are provided on each level, especially for cardboard, to make recycling convenient and prevent any issues.

At Manforce, we have embraced recycling as a daily routine at our office. Our primary objective is to inspire our staff to adopt an environmentally friendly mindset and create awareness about the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle. Our CSR team carefully measures and categorizes recycling items like plastic, cans and aluminum. We keep weekly records to raise staff awareness and share memos via email and near recycling bins for easy reference and motivation.

The entire Manforce staff actively participates in the recycling campaign, gaining a deeper understanding of the significance of recycling. Together, we strive to protect our planet by embracing the motto, "Be kind to nature, A better World starts with You." Let us join hands and contribute to the preservation of our planet for a sustainable future.

The Ramadhan Buka Puasa Dinner was held on April 13, 2023, at Atsky Kota Damansara, just a 4-minute drive from our office. All staff members from different departments were warmly invited. Some employees brought dinner outfits to change after work, while others freshened up at home before the event. This gathering provided a splendid opportunity to celebrate and express our appreciation for the hard work and contributions of our dedicated staff.

We waited with our Muslim colleagues until it was time to break our fast. After the Maghrib prayer, we enjoyed a delicious spread of dishes, including succulent lamb chops, chicken chops, nasi goreng, mushroom soup, and delightful local delicacies. The food was amazing and everyone relished the feast.

During the event, we had a lucky draw to reward our staff with Kuih Raya Homemade cookies hampers. Dressed in our best attire, we captured everlasting memories with a group photograph. The buka puasa dinner reminded us to cherish togetherness, as the old African proverb says, 'If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.'

A total of 37 students have completed their theoretical and practical training during 6-month period for the 4th graduation ceremony of Malaysians Development Uplift Programme (MDUP) held at Unicorn Hotel, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The programme is to help empower young Malaysian between the age of 18-30, who are unable to find job or from B40 group to build a strong foundation for them to be in sustainable career.

Congratulation to all graduates who received their scroll certificates on completion by well-established universities (UTM SPACE) which help them in their future career and serve as a reward for their perseverance and hard work. We are truly proud of your achievement and glad to be part of your journey.
